Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-7 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  •  you have simply changed your mind and do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense or if you pay via PayPal you can claim postage costs, the item must be unused with all packaging/tags)(Refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item)
  • We cannot refund swimwear,custom products or intimates.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster or customs delay).
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
